1. General
This policy describes how personal data of visitors of seohab.com (the Website) is processed and protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
The data controller is the SeoHab web studio (the Operator). Contact for personal data questions: sup@seohab.com.
By submitting a form on the Website you give your consent to personal data processing under the terms of this policy.
2. Data we process
- data you enter in forms: name, phone number or Telegram username, website address, selected service, budget range, project description;
- technical data: IP address, browser information (User-Agent), the page the form was sent from, date and time;
- cookies and visit statistics collected by Yandex Metrica (see section 6).
3. Purposes
- processing your request, contacting you and preparing a proposal;
- concluding and performing a service agreement;
- protecting forms from spam and abuse;
- analysing traffic and improving the Website (in anonymised form).
4. Processing and storage
Requests are stored in the Website database and delivered to the Operator's staff via Telegram and e-mail. Request data is kept for no longer than 3 years after your last contact or until you withdraw consent; spam submissions are deleted within 30 days. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law and the services used to deliver requests (Telegram, e-mail provider).
5. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The Website uses technical cookies and analytics cookies set by Yandex Metrica, including Session Replay (Webvisor). Keystrokes in form fields are not recorded. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask to correct, block or delete it, or withdraw your consent by writing to sup@seohab.com. We reply within 10 business days.
7. Changes
The Operator may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
