By submitting a form on seohab.com and ticking the consent box, I freely and in my own interest give the SeoHab web studio (the Operator, e-mail sup@seohab.com) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
Data
Name; phone number or Telegram username; website address; selected service and budget range; information I provide in the project description; IP address, browser information, page address, date and time of submission.
Purposes
Processing my request, contacting me, preparing a proposal, concluding and performing an agreement, protecting the form from spam.
Actions
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (access) to the Operator's staff including via Telegram and e-mail, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid for 3 years from submission or until withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to sup@seohab.com; the Operator will then stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
